Industrial 6,000kg capacity air operated, pendant control motorised trolley - Made in Japan. This trolley is perfectly mated to our TCR series chain hoists, and can also be used with other brands of air hoists.
These motorised trolleys are of a solid construction and come with some unique features:
Automatic failsafe brake mechanism : All units in this series come with an automatic failsafe brake mechanism as standard, which do not require preliminary adjustment. Does your current or other prospective trolley have this feature?
Cast Iron Housing : The cast housing is durable in harsh environments.
Drive Wheels : The 4 flangeless wheels and 2 drive wheels allow for low friction and provide excellent performance with fewer wear parts.
Beam Size : Adjustable for a wide range of beam flange widths and applicable for all of our TCR series air hoists.
We have many of these units in service for many years in heavy industrial applications. A 4 lever pendant controller is available to be used with this trolley (see Associated Accessories).
